Shipping Policy

How We ship :

  • We do home deliveries and ship all our products through India Post / Professional / DTDC Couriers only and in normal mode of shipping.
  • Courier charges are additional and we will inform the charges to you while confirming your order
  • Hyper Local / Fast Shipping services are also available for within Bangalore at additional and as per actual costing that should be paid by the customer

Cut-Off Time :

  • 4pm is our courier cut-off time

Tracking & Damages :

  • We will share the courier consignment number after booking and customer should track the same and co-ordinate with courier team till it reaches your destination
  • We will not take any responsibility of Courier Damages or misplacements of the products
  • We cannot assure you exact date or time of delivery as it will be done by third party agencies and deliveries are done as per their terms of service

Fix Time Deliveries :

  • As the shipping part is done by third parties, we cannot commit the exact time for delivery.
  • Subject to the courier company shipping terms & Disclaimer, the order will be delivered as per their availability and feasibility

Delivery Policy for Couriers:

  • All the Free Delivery orders are sent through courier services that are managed by third party services
  • For products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery
  • You acknowledge that requested delivery date is non-binding. Estimated delivery date depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be shipped.
  • Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
  • No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and strikes or any unforeseen situations.
  • In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order.
  • We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
    • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
    • Recipient not available.
    • Premises locked.
    • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
  • Delivery through couriers will take 3-7 working days depending on your distance and location
  • Incase of the courier offices don't have delivery options at certain locations, they may call customers and ask to pick it up from their office. In all such cases, courier office/staff decision will be final and My Album Zone cannot take any decisions on it
  • No refunds will be provided for products that are printed and ready to ship/pickup
  • Product video will be shared before packing and dispatching the couriers. Hence no refunds will be provided for Courier Damages and Delays
